Never just a face
in the crowd.
Behind every CV and every vacancy is a person. We take the time to get to know them.
Who we are.
Delos Recruitment is a specialist Rec2Rec. We recruit for every role that makes a recruitment business work: trainees, recruiters, sales, marketing, operations and administration.
We started Delos to do recruitment the way it should be done. Candidates properly prepared. Businesses hiring with intention. People entering the industry knowing what the job really involves and whether it's right for them.
We work closely with every client, and with candidates as people, not CVs. We're based in Surrey, working with recruitment businesses across London, the Home Counties, Manchester and the rest of the UK.
