Delos Recruitment was started to do recruitment the way it should be done. Candidates properly prepared. Businesses hiring with intention. People entering the industry with a clear understanding of what recruitment actually involves and whether it's right for them.

Recruitment is an industry people often fall into. Whether that first step turns into a long term career depends entirely on how it's approached. That's where Delos comes in.

We take the time to understand people properly, not just their CV. And we work with clients as a partner, shaping the hire around the business. Every hire is just the beginning, and how it starts shapes what comes next.

If you're hiring or thinking about a move into recruitment, get in touch.
